Why Catalan?
Catalan is the language you hear in Girona's markets, cafés and squares. It is a Romance language in its own right, not a dialect of Spanish, and it survived decades of being banned under Franco. Learning even a little of it changes how locals treat you. Most visitors never try, so the ones who do get noticed.
Why a language school, not a tour company?
Cycling travel in Girona works because the companies behind it are run by riders. We run our trips the same way, as language teachers. The classes are properly designed and taught by qualified native teachers, and everything else in the week (the walks, the market, the festes) is planned so you use what you learned in class.

Our teaching quality is independently checked as part of the Instituto Cervantes accreditation scheme. We also teach Spanish and longer courses for people moving to Girona.
